Our Founders: Bob and Adrienne Taylor

As a son of an electrician, Bob began his career as an electrical designer when he graduated high school in 1956.  Bob gained a reputation as a highly respected designer working for many well-known Oil & Gas Engineering firms including Tennessee Gas and Hudson Engineering, where he met and married his wife, Adrienne Taylor.  Upon realizing the shortage of quality designers where he worked, Bob began teaching electrical design classes at Foster Wheeler.  This allowed Bob to identify talented individuals to help companies find skilled personnel.  In 1975, with Bob’s knowledge of the industry and Adrienne’s accounting background, they began working out of their home placing contractors while Bob continued to work on the board as draftsman.  Their business grew quickly and they were able to devote full-time to the business, officially opening the doors of their first office space in 1977.
